This is an Entry-Level Legal Assistant position; no experience required. Specific Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and compiling legal documents
- Update all internal systems with relevant case information and status.
- Exercise a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
- Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements as applicable
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication
- Superior organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and efficiency
Required Education and Training:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- High school or equivalent required
