Legal Assistant
Position Overview: A growing and dynamic team of a multi-state law firm is seeking an experienced Foreclosure Paralegal to assist with the pre-judgment phase of the foreclosure process. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of foreclosure processes and excellent organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare/draft legal documents.
Manage case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Coordinate/communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
Assist attorneys with court appearances.
Maintain and update case management systems.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1- 3 years of experience as a paralegal
Paralegal certification or equivalent education.
Knowledge of foreclosure procedures and relevant state laws.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
