Directs food manufacturing facility operations to meet safety, quality, food safety, legality, customer, cost, and production objectives. Manages production and sanitation supervisors, workforce development, production schedules, inventory controls, equipment purchases, capital projects, continuous improvement, preventative maintenance, GMP compliance, and quality management systems. Resolves operational issues, monitors performance, and ensures compliance with OSHA, FDA, HACCP, and food manufacturing regulations.

Supervise third-shift production and packaging operations, ensuring customer orders, quality, food safety, productivity, and safety goals are met. Schedule and coach production associates, manage labor budgets, monitor performance metrics, address equipment downtime, conduct pre-operation audits, maintain safe working conditions, and collaborate with Human Resources on personnel matters. The role also supports GMP, SOP, and food safety compliance.
