Own plant-level accounting, financial close, cost accounting, standard costing, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, inventory analysis, CapEx evaluation, and internal controls. Partner with plant leadership and operations to improve margins, reduce waste, manage working capital, analyze variances, support S&OP and pricing decisions, and ensure audit-ready financials. The role also supports continuous improvement, food safety-related financial compliance, M&A integration, system implementations, and PE sponsor reporting.

Cleans and sanitizes plant equipment, production areas, and facility spaces according to SSOPs and food safety requirements. Operates pan washers, performs basic equipment disassembly and setup, uses sanitation chemicals safely, identifies deep-cleaning needs, and reports safety, quality, and food safety concerns. The role requires working independently and with a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment on the third shift.

Leads finance for a multi-site manufacturing plant network, overseeing planning, forecasting, budgeting, cost optimization, capital allocation, supply chain and procurement finance, reporting transformation, and executive insights. Partners with operations and senior leadership to improve productivity and financial performance, standardize KPIs and controls, support acquisitions, and modernize reporting. Manages and develops a large geographically distributed finance organization, including plant controllers.
