Serve as the technical and strategic partner to enterprise sales teams, designing payment solutions for complex customer challenges. Build automated compliance tooling, dashboards, playbooks, and AI-assisted workflows while validating regulatory evidence. Technically lead a compliance engineer, partner with engineering, product, legal, and business teams, and support audits, incident response, and leadership reporting.

Leads intermediate-to-large cross-functional engineering programs from scoping and planning through delivery. Owns program schedules, deliverables, risk tracking, stakeholder communications, prioritization, and issue resolution. Partners with technical and business teams to guide trade-offs, remove roadblocks, improve program processes, and achieve strategic outcomes. The role also involves executive reporting, technical decision support, and mentoring others in program management practices.

Act as Finance Lead for the Engage vertical: build and maintain complex revenue recognition models, enable sales with scenario simulators, lead statutory audits and month-end close, manage working capital and liquidity, design automated reporting/dashboards (Looker/Excel/PowerBI), drive cross-functional process improvements, and mentor junior analysts.

Develop strategic priorities, growth roadmaps, and transformation initiatives with senior leadership. Lead cross-functional projects involving market expansion, product-market fit, OKRs, process optimization, new business opportunities, GTM strategies, M&A due diligence, and integration. Analyze business performance, identify growth barriers, build scalable solutions, and communicate recommendations to CXO-level stakeholders.

Owns the technical relationship for strategic global customers, managing high-priority incidents, escalations, SLAs, root-cause analyses, and preventive actions. Builds technical account plans, monitors account health, identifies integration and reliability risks, leads technical health reviews, and prepares customers for launches and peak traffic. Troubleshoots APIs, webhooks, payment flows, authentication, latency, refunds, settlements, and disputes while communicating technical issues and remediation plans to engineering teams and executives.

Handles corporate, product advisory, and end-to-end contract negotiations, including IT contracts. Provides legal advice on RBI, fintech, TPAP, employment, digital lending, intellectual property, and other regulatory matters. The role involves drafting agreements, coordinating with stakeholders, conducting legal research, supporting regulatory projects, tracking legal expenses, maintaining MIS trackers, and analyzing legal issues related to new fintech products.

Own revenue modeling and progressive recognition, act as sales POC with scenario simulators, lead statutory audits and month-end close, monitor working capital and liquidity, build automated dashboards (Looker/Excel), and drive cross-functional process improvements while mentoring junior analysts.

Drive B2B sales targeting export-focused businesses, freelancers, SaaS and service providers. Own full sales cycle from lead qualification to closure, manage pipeline and revenue targets, and collaborate with marketing, product, and operations. Maintain merchant relationships, monitor competitors and market trends, and tailor offerings to merchant needs.

Lead GTM launches for Cross Border products, drive acquisition campaigns across channels, optimize funnel via data and A/B tests, build a community of exporters, collaborate with Product/Sales/Design, and report marketing performance to leadership.

Provide corporate and product legal advisory, draft and negotiate end-to-end contracts (including IT contracts), ensure compliance with RBI/Fintech laws, support regulatory projects, coordinate with stakeholders, maintain legal MIS trackers and expense tracking, perform legal research, and support new fintech product launches.

Partner with business functions to identify skill gaps, design and deliver training plans, manage training operations and LMS, drive AI-native learning initiatives, measure training impact with data, and manage stakeholders and external vendors to improve team capability and performance.

Lead a team of ~15 integration engineers to own end-to-end merchant integrations, troubleshoot APIs/webhooks/SDKs, manage escalations and incidents, improve operational metrics (SLA, MTTI, CSAT), create SOPs/runbooks, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to reduce recurring issues and drive automation.

Own and grow RazorpayX payout partnerships by identifying, onboarding, and nurturing enterprise channel partners. Drive revenue, partner engagement, scalable programs, cross-functional collaboration, and track performance. Represent Razorpay at events and travel domestically up to 50% to meet partners.

Lead Razorpay's AEO strategy and execution: optimize content and technical site readiness for AI agents, build AEO monitoring and dashboards, automate SEO/AEO workflows, collaborate with product/engineering, and measure AI-driven attribution to drive pipeline and visibility across LLMs and AI answer engines.

Drive sales in Southeast Asia by achieving targets, building and forecasting a healthy pipeline, owning end-to-end sales cycles, collaborating with internal teams, understanding client needs, and proposing Razorpay payment solutions while leveraging AI to improve productivity.

Design, build, and scale payment infrastructure; drive product and design discussions; design and implement REST APIs and web features end-to-end; contribute to open-source; and ideate new product directions to simplify online payments.

Own and grow Razorpay's top-tier cross-border enterprise accounts by driving revenue, retention, and executive relationships. Lead strategic account plans, coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver compliant multi-currency solutions, govern SLAs and escalations, and use market and CRM data to optimize cross-border portfolio performance.

Embed with a strategic merchant as the single engineering owner: scope solutions, write and ship production-grade code, integrate APIs/SDKs/webhooks, deploy on cloud, and leverage AI coding and knowledge agents to accelerate delivery. Feed reusable patterns back into the platform, maintain merchant communication cadence, and own issues end-to-end from scoping through go-live.
