Lead the strategic and tactical roadmap for a semiconductor Digital Twin program across chip design, manufacturing, and product lifecycle management. Build test fixtures, PCBs, and measurement setups; collaborate with circuit and package designers; manage daily RF lab operations; coordinate with instrument suppliers; and track industry and academic developments.

Develops, evaluates, and manages enterprise systems security across account management, password auditing, vulnerability scanning, virus management, and intrusion detection. Administers security profiles, investigates violations, maintains security controls, supports IT and business users, and helps implement security policies and procedures. The role also prepares risk analysis and incident response documentation, educates users, and may lead security components across multiple projects.

Manages the IT training lifecycle, including needs analysis, training strategy, curriculum and courseware development, delivery programs, skills-gap analysis, competency development, certification methods, and training technology. Leads training staff and complex projects, measures program effectiveness and ROI, and ensures IT professionals and end users develop capabilities aligned with organizational needs.

Develops and manages enterprise web security policies and procedures; evaluates infrastructure, web, intranet, extranet, and e-commerce security solutions. Reviews firewall and intrusion detection configurations, assesses applications for compliance, investigates security violations, maintains security controls, prepares risk analyses, and educates users on security standards. Leads web-related security components and may coach junior staff.

Manages IT procurement strategy and operations, including purchase orders, vendor negotiations, contracts, supplier relationships, invoice reconciliation, service-level administration, dispute resolution, and cost-saving initiatives. Leads procurement staff and coordinates with IT, finance, legal, and vendors to complete IT purchases efficiently and compliantly.

Manages enterprise storage environments, including storage allocation, SAN/NAS systems, backup, recovery, archival, and business continuity procedures. Installs, configures, tests, and maintains storage hardware and software; monitors capacity, availability, usage, and performance; troubleshoots issues; prepares reports; and recommends storage solutions. Works on technical projects, may lead projects, and coaches junior staff.

Leads executive-level business and IT relationship management, developing technology strategies aligned with business-unit objectives. Supervises airport checkpoint operations, including staffing, shift coverage, break scheduling, frontline support, SOP compliance, customer service, incident documentation, equipment handling, onboarding, emergency response, and crowd management. The role requires a visible hands-on leader who can resolve issues, support passengers, maintain operational efficiency, and adapt staffing to changing airport demands.
