Lead the strategic and tactical roadmap for a semiconductor Digital Twin program across chip design, manufacturing, and product lifecycle management. Manage partners, budgets, proposals, milestones, dependencies, risks, change impacts, deliverables, reporting, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate teams supporting business development, marketing, and operations while ensuring timely program execution and alignment with organizational goals.

Owns the manufacturing execution system supporting manufacturing and research operations. Develops and documents SECS/GEM integrations between fab tools and MES, manages configurations, databases, access controls, reports, user training, system updates, ERP integration, documentation, and change management. Collaborates with publishers, IT, and business departments to ensure secure, reliable, compliant, and cost-effective MES operations.

Design and optimize active circuit building blocks for mm-wave and sub-terahertz III-V electronics used in next-generation phased-array communication and radar systems. Responsibilities include circuit simulation, layout, parasitic extraction, electromagnetic-circuit co-simulation, high-frequency effects analysis, tape-out contributions, literature reviews, and collaboration with hetero-integration, circuit design, and technology development teams.
