The Senior UI/UX Designer will shape user experience for B2B and B2C products, collaborate with teams to enhance products, and drive ownership of web and mobile solutions.

Support development and CI/CD processes for product deployment while enhancing system performance, security and operations through automation and infrastructure management.

Provide Windows desktop support including OS and enterprise app installation, hardware repair, software patching, system imaging and backups. Create and edit subtitles and audio description/closed caption content for movies and OTT. Ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, punctuation, and style consistency while following company English style guidelines. Work remotely as a freelance contributor for Chattisgarhi language projects.

Serve as technical liaison for Qube Wire customers, providing L1/L2 support, diagnosing Linux and network issues, performing log analysis, guiding server installation/configuration, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with engineering for escalations and product improvements.

Lead regional sales operations across Gujarat, owning revenue targets, market expansion, and client relationships. Manage and coach multi-city sales teams, develop GTM strategies and bespoke advertising solutions, negotiate high-value deals, collaborate cross-functionally for campaign execution, and report performance to senior leadership.

The Engineer will provide technical support for Broadcast IT setups, installing, configuring, and troubleshooting client systems while communicating effectively with customers and team members.

Design and implement high-performance Go services for large-scale edge appliances. Build reliable content distribution, synchronization, and fault-tolerant systems across a 10K+ fleet. Optimize disk I/O, storage, and large-file transfers; integrate with AWS (S3, EC2, CloudFront, CloudWatch). Develop automation, observability, and CI/CD tooling; debug production distributed environments and ensure remote operability and resilience under intermittent connectivity and hardware variability.

The Engineer will install, configure, troubleshoot, and support client systems in Broadcast IT setups, ensuring technical support for live TV broadcasts.

Encode and create Digital Cinema Packages (DCPs), manage and safeguard source/content files, perform QC for JPEG and MPEG content, implement encryption and KDM-based access, and ensure compliance with industry security and quality standards.

Design, implement, operate, and secure enterprise LAN/WAN/WLAN and data center networks. Configure routers, switches, firewalls and VPNs; monitor performance; troubleshoot incidents; manage IP addressing and routing; drive capacity planning and optimization; maintain documentation and collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams in 24x7 support rotations.

Manage client interactions for digital cinema content: track DCP creation, versioning, localization, and deliveries; coordinate Mastering, Content Management, and Technical Support teams; communicate status and resolve issues; maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure adherence to industry standards and security requirements.

Build and deploy AI-powered solutions including LLM bots, RAG agents, super-resolution CV models, and data pipelines. Integrate LLM APIs, design workflows, develop ML/DL models, set up GPU training, maintain ETL pipelines, and implement REST API and automation integrations. Collaborate cross-functionally and document models, schemas, and deployments.

Manage client accounts, resolve client issues via calls/tickets/email, liaise between clients and development, gather feedback to improve product, build industry relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally. Work in rotational 24/7 office shifts.
