Lead the end-to-end digital transformation roadmap, delivering CRM, BI, automation, and AI initiatives. Re-engineer processes, implement workflow automation, drive CRM adoption and data quality, oversee BI reporting, and scope LLM/AI agent integrations while coordinating cross-functional teams and presenting outcomes to executive leadership.

Manage client accounts, resolve client issues via calls/tickets/email, liaise between clients and development, gather feedback to improve product, build industry relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally. Work in rotational 24/7 office shifts.

Manage client interactions for digital cinema content: track DCP creation, versioning, localization, and deliveries; coordinate Mastering, Content Management, and Technical Support teams; communicate status and resolve issues; maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure adherence to industry standards and security requirements.
