Own and evolve Qargo’s design system, creating components and patterns aligned with front-end code. Redesign complex desktop and mobile application pages, develop user flows and prototypes, and collaborate with product owners and engineers. Engage directly with customers during go-lives and visits to inform design decisions. As the sole designer, drive consistent, accessible, and intuitive visual experiences across the transport management platform.

Serve as the first point of contact for customers through chat, resolving questions and explaining Qargo’s platform clearly. Investigate technical issues with Engineering, communicate customer feedback internally, build expertise in the transport management system, identify recurring problems, and support onboarding by importing customer data, rate cards, and fleet information.

Supports the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, webinars, partner events, customer roadshows, and company gatherings across Europe. Responsibilities include managing travel and suppliers, coordinating event logistics, supporting on-site operations, handling lead data in HubSpot, preparing follow-up campaigns, updating event pages, and maintaining cost and ROI reporting. The role also provides general marketing administration, webinar coordination, merchandise ordering, and website and Notion updates.

Own the full sales cycle in Ireland and Northern Ireland: prospect, qualify, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.
