Guide transport and logistics customers through Qargo’s SaaS onboarding process, from kickoff and workflow analysis through configuration, training, go-live, and aftercare. Serve as the primary implementation contact, drive adoption, support pre-sales demos, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering on improvements. The remote Belgium-based role requires weekly customer travel, a valid driver’s license, and fluency in Dutch, Italian, and English.

The Solutions Engineer will bridge commercial and technical teams for the Qargo transport management platform in Germany. Responsibilities include delivering German- and English-language technical demos, configuring solutions, analyzing customer workflows, assessing integrations, supporting technical sales scoping, documenting requirements, and providing feedback to Product and Engineering. The role also establishes localized demo processes and materials while applying transport and logistics expertise to customer engagements.

Build MCP tools and agent infrastructure to make a transport management platform agent-ready. Develop, productionize, monitor, and optimize AI features including document extraction, matching, quality checks, chatbots, and automated bookings. Collaborate with customer success, engineering, product, and logistics experts to translate workflows into reliable AI solutions, while contributing to the company’s AI strategy and roadmap.
