Perform manual testing of new features and bug fixes across the Qargo TMS. Design and document test cases, explore edge cases, log and track reproducible bugs, run regression and smoke tests, and collaborate with Product and Engineering. Help build QA processes and progressively introduce automation where valuable.

Manage and grow post-implementation client relationships across Ireland. Act as trusted advisor, monitor platform usage, identify expansion opportunities, coordinate with support/onboarding/product teams, provide training, capture feature requests, and deliver business reviews to maximize customer value.

Create and maintain clear, accurate product knowledge base articles, step-by-step guides, and documentation. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support and Enablement to document new features, identify knowledge gaps, and optimise content for customer use and AI-powered support tools.
