Teams at Qargo

Guide transport and logistics customers through Qargo’s SaaS onboarding journey, including process analysis, platform configuration, go-live, aftercare, training, and user adoption. Serve as the primary implementation contact, support pre-sales demos, identify workflow improvements, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering. The remote UK role requires regular weekly customer travel and a valid driver’s license.

Own the complete UK sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation through closing and relationship management. Develop new business, understand customer and competitive needs, expand Qargo’s market presence, and drive cross-sales. Collaborate across international teams, contribute to brand and growth initiatives, and use HubSpot and Gong to improve sales effectiveness. The role requires travel for client visits, a valid driving licence, and access to a car.

Own and evolve Qargo’s design system, creating components and patterns aligned with front-end code. Redesign complex desktop and mobile application pages, develop user flows and prototypes, and collaborate with product owners and engineers. Engage directly with customers during go-lives and visits to inform design decisions. As the sole designer, drive consistent, accessible, and intuitive visual experiences across the transport management platform.
