Hands-on electrical engineer responsible for design, analysis, and validation of copper Ethernet and hybrid fiber/copper power systems. Perform electrical modeling, lab measurement, failure analysis, and testing (electrical, thermal, environmental, EMC). Use test instrumentation, develop and execute standards-aligned test plans, support cross-functional teams, documentation, field support, and standards participation throughout the product lifecycle.

Supervise and coordinate inbound/outbound logistics for the plant: plan shipments, schedule carriers, ensure material availability, manage inventory controls, lead and schedule the team, enforce health and safety, support production priorities and use IT tools (SAP) to prepare shipping documentation and collaborate with planning and sales.

Manage turnkey high-voltage cable system projects for transmission operators in Northern Europe (focus Norway). Manage regional customer pricing, profitability, inventory and contract requirements for power distribution. Provide pricing analysis, forecasting, KPI/QBR reporting, cross-functional problem solving, and support contract bids and emergency restoration efforts. Use SAP/BI data and Excel to drive decisions and streamline processes with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Product Management.

Oversee daily production to meet targets by optimizing labor, materials, and equipment. Lead safety culture, manage material flow and KPIs, drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma/Kaizen), partner with engineering, maintenance and quality, develop staff, and lead large-scale operational projects.

Lead investigation and resolution of customer claims, perform root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions, conduct process audits, monitor quality KPIs, drive continuous improvement projects to reduce cost of poor quality, share lessons learned regionally, and support customer satisfaction and safety initiatives.

Ensure products meet company and customer quality standards by implementing and maintaining QA and scrap control programs, managing ISO 9001:2015 compliance, internal audits, customer claims, calibration, and corrective actions. Design, develop, and maintain PLC, HMI, SCADA, motion control, and industrial networks for fiber manufacturing. Optimize draw‑tower and coating processes, provide hands‑on troubleshooting and field support, lead automation projects, integrate data acquisition/historian systems, and drive continuous improvement for quality, uptime, and safety.

Lead AMS and SAP project delivery for logistics (SAP SD/S4-HANA): govern SAP kernel and interfaces, support roll-outs, fit-gap, data migration, testing, training, documentation, post-go-live support, and mentor junior COE team members.

Lead technical execution of capital projects at manufacturing plants: produce and maintain 2D/3D CAD layouts, verify foundations and structural requirements, support equipment installation, alignment and commissioning, troubleshoot in the field, coordinate vendors/contractors, manage project plans, schedules, budgets, documentation, and procurement activities while spending significant time on-site.
