Baltics Marketing Manager
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Manager to enhance Prysmian Baltics' external and internal corporate image through strategic communication and marketing initiatives. You will support management goals through effective communication and be responsible for our brand. Reporting to the Country Manager and the Regional Market Intelligence Director, you will collaborate closely with our sales experts and managers as well as with our customers and external partners like design, digital media, event and print agencies. You will also work in close cooperation with our Europe region and HQ marketing teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop Baltics marketing strategy in alignment with group and region goals

Create and manage Baltics marketing plan and budget

Analyze and present marketing activities and results

Ownership of marketing channels like website, email, social media

Manage media relationships and corporate events

Consult management team on communication, employer branding and design

Ownership of donations and sponsorship agreements
QUALIFICATIONS AND MOTIVATIONS

Relevant higher education
-
Previous marketing experience including traditional and digital marketing

Ability to work autonomously and lead a project team

Strategic thinking and change management capabilities

Results-driven and good in stakeholder management

Business-level written and spoken Estonian and English

Digital marketing or copywriting skills will be a benefit
