Prysmian is structured in a matrix organization. Our marketing team for the region Central Eastern Europe (CEE) consists of 7 creative, dedicated colleagues. As our new Product and Marketing Manager Poland, you will join a skilled team acting in an international environment with key stakeholders. 

Besides the marketing team, you will support the polish sales team (35 people) in Warsaw. Our polish site is a new but fast-growing organization withing our CEE region. 

If you will join our team, will report directly to our MI&D Manager for CEE. Your main responsibilities will be: 

  • Develop marketing and business communication tools (company profile/presentations, videos) for the assigned area 

  • Activities might include manage the local website and intranet site 

  • Design and facilitate corporate and business events (customer meetings, tradeshows, participation to congresses) 

  • Create and deliver local customer and marketing initiatives and programs (technical seminars) 

  • Develop and deliver of magazines/newsletters targeted at all trade media stakeholders: commercial/customers, institutional, financial, etc. 

  • Coordinate and evaluate external suppliers for ensuring the delivery of the assigned promotional material and events  

  • Supports the implementation of a product category management approach 

  • Support local Commercial organizations providing market intelligence information (market trends and competitive scenario monitoring) for the assigned product lines 

  • Support trade marketing activities 

  • Provide inputs for the definition of product development roadmaps 

  • Develops tools and literature for technical sales support 

  • Supports the development of operative pricing guidelines and oversee the product category commercial performance collecting data and calculating and analyzing sales KPIs 

 

Besides above mentioned task, you’ll receive other responsibilities related to Customer Service Department.

Our team values great communication skills for the interaction with all stakeholders. If you speak fluent polish as well as English, it will be a big advantage for you. Furthermore, we consider a problem solving and target oriented mentality as an important aspect to deal with the daily work.  

Ideally you have at least 2 years of work experience and an educational background (bachelor’s degree) in Business or Engineering. It would be a great benefit, if you have a specialization in Commercial/ Marketing.  

This position offers you also the great opportunity to travel in our CEE region.
