Monitors European retail credit portfolios, develops aligned risk dashboards and reports, analyzes portfolio performance, supports credit committees, stress testing, scenario analysis, and scoring model improvements. The role identifies emerging risks, recommends mitigations, supports regulatory and policy compliance, and coordinates with credit risk, marketing, IT, finance, and other European market teams. It also drives reporting automation and alignment of credit risk approaches across markets.

Lead end-to-end product design for native mobile applications and responsive web journeys across European markets. Responsibilities include customer research, journey optimization, design system ownership, accessibility, analytics, experimentation, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders. The role champions UX and interaction design best practices while delivering measurable improvements to customer-facing digital experiences.

Supports European internal communications campaigns, creates and publishes English-language content, coordinates regional messaging, and manages channels such as SharePoint and Teams Town Hall. Organizes employee events, webinars, and conferences; develops basic multimedia materials; monitors engagement and feedback; and recommends communication improvements. The role requires strong writing, stakeholder management, organizational, project coordination, and cross-cultural collaboration skills, plus a Category B driving licence and willingness to travel domestically.

Design and manage incentive and recognition programs aligned to business priorities. Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, HR, Risk, and Legal to govern programs, prepare documentation and approvals, monitor implementation, support audits, and identify process improvements to increase effectiveness and employee engagement.

Manage and coordinate credit approval operations, establish and optimize control and workflow processes, oversee monthly department audits and present findings to the Credit Committee. Recruit, develop and lead a team to meet performance objectives, allocate resources, and implement remedial measures. Drive process automation and ensure credit documentation evaluation follows internal lending policy and procedures.

Lead business analysis across local and international IT projects: elicit, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements; run workshops; define MVP and incremental delivery plans; coordinate stakeholders, assess solution impacts, and produce reports and presentations to ensure solutions meet strategic and operational needs.

Drive product development and optimization for financial products: build action plans, evaluate processes, propose improvements to boost sales and retention, research market trends, design product launches, support commercial strategy, create business cases and cost-benefit analyses, and collaborate cross-functionally and with external partners.

Provide commercial finance support for strategic partnerships across Europe: build and deliver business cases, track benefits realization, perform monthly performance reviews, support budgeting, evaluate promotions, prepare reporting packs, and recommend improvements to maximize partnership value.

Lead conversion rate optimization and UX improvements across web and mobile using GA4 and ContentSquare. Design and run A/B tests, analyze funnels and session recordings, implement insights with development and agencies. Manage affiliate partner relationships, reporting, tracking, payouts, and grow the affiliate program. Support broader digital marketing activities (SEO, paid media) and collaborate cross-functionally.
