Your purpose:

You will blend analytics, optimization, and partner management to improve the digital experience of our customers and to grow the performance of our affiliate channel. Day to day, you will turn behavioral data into conversion and UX improvements across our online journeys, and manage the relationships and reporting behind our affiliate program.

Role Descripton:

As part of our Digital team, you will bring a data-driven, analytical mindset to two core areas: optimizing our digital experience and growing our affiliate channel. You will drive conversion rate optimization (CRO), UX, and web analytics, using tools like GA4 and ContentSquare to identify opportunities, run experiments, and measure impact. You will also own our affiliate partner relationships, report on performance, and grow the program. Throughout, you will collaborate closely with marketing, IT, and partner agencies to continuously improve user experiences and channel performance across our website, mobile app and campaigns.

What will you do?

Conversion & UX Optimization (primary)

  • Create, monitor, and analyze web conversion funnels across our online application journeys Identify UX and CRO opportunities using GA4 and ContentSquare (funnels, heatmaps, session recordings)

  • Formulate data-driven hypotheses and run optimization experiments; measure and report the impact

  • Work with the development team, agencies, and internal stakeholders to implement insights

Affiliate marketing (secondary)

  • Own day-to-day relationships with affiliate partners

  • Produce monthly performance reports; track affiliate-driven results and payouts

  • Grow the program: identify new partners, negotiate terms, collaborate with IT teams & other stakeholders to define and implement tracking and measurement solutions

Wider team support (supporting)

  • Contribute to other digital marketing activities across the team (e.g. SEO, paid media, analytics) as priorities and workload require

Ways of working

  • Take ownership of your areas and work independently, as well as collaboratively across teams

  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues, IT, and partner agencies from brief to completion

What we need from you?

  • 2–4 years in CRO, UX, digital analytics, or performance marketing with a technical/analytical component

  • Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Hands-on experience with heatmap, zoning and session-recording tools (ContentSquare, Hotjar, or similar)

  • Experience running A/B tests and CRO programs

  • Experience managing external partners, vendors, or accounts - comfortable with reporting, regular communication, and basic commercial negotiation

  • Analytical, hypothesis-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented

  • Well organized, able to run several workstreams in parallel

  • Advanced written and spoken English - you will work with international teams

  • Team player, responsible, open-minded

Nice to Have

  • Working knowledge of SEO and/or PPC (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to flex across the team

  • Basic HTML / CSS / JS for quick front-end changes

  • Experience with an affiliate management platform

  • Experience in a regulated or financial-services environment

Skills Required
