Gather, analyze, validate, and document customer and business requirements for a cloud-based property management platform. Translate needs into workflows, user flows, specifications, and user stories; support product discovery, backlog refinement, prioritization, feasibility analysis, and feature delivery. Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, customers, and third-party providers to improve products and integrations, while supporting demonstrations, training, and product-related queries.

Own the commercial performance and day-to-day management of the App Marketplace: grow partner membership and revenue, manage partner relationships and onboarding, lead contract negotiations, triage escalations, and work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support to prioritise API features and roadmap.

First-line IT support for a mixed Windows and macOS environment: troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity and AV; manage user accounts and devices via JumpCloud/MDM; support Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom and Salesforce; assist with onboarding/offboarding, network devices, cybersecurity tools (CrowdStrike, Cloudflare), asset register, documentation and IT projects. Onsite role in Sydney supporting Australia-wide teams.

Onboard and train real-estate customers on the PropertyMe CRM, manage data migrations, respond to support tickets, run check-in calls, ensure SLAs, coordinate website requirements, and support the Onboarding and Data Service team.

Lead multi-channel B2B acquisition campaigns (paid search/social, content, email, partnerships) to drive leads and trials. Manage paid media budgets, run A/B and multivariate tests, optimise conversion funnels, and track core acquisition metrics. Define ICPs, partner with Product Marketing, and evolve acquisition tech stack and attribution to improve CAC and pipeline ROI.

Develop and maintain consumer-facing property management software. Collaborate with Product, design and implement APIs and front-end features, write tests and high-quality code, review PRs, and apply Lean/Agile practices.
