  Your Mission: 🚀 The role of the Receptionist is to provide a welcoming and great first impression to all people at PropertyMe’s head office. This role is primarily responsible for inbound phone calls, emails and provides stakeholder support to ensure the smooth running of the office and positively contributes to the PropertyMe culture.
Responsibilities 🏢 Responsibilities and duties of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing the reception desk
  • Answering inbound phone calls and emails
  • Greeting visitors
  • General housekeeping including tidying up meeting rooms, opening blinds each day, and ensuring the office is presented at its best
  • Stationery orders
  • Office maintenance including liaising with cleaners and tradespeople when necessary 
  • Ensuring kitchen areas are fully stocked and dishwashers are emptied and turned on at the end of the day
  • Managing the new staff onboarding process
  • Managing office spreadsheets and general data entry
  • Assistant accounts with finances including petty cash systems and receipting
  • Assisting the marketing team with internal events including ordering catering and ensuring space is appropriately set up
  • Assisting marketing with conferences including any in-house events and packing merchandise kits 
  • Managing merchandise inventory including packing merch kits and organising deliveries when required
  • Support the ELT with aspects related to booking coordination, team events and travel
  • Monitoring and responding to inbound email enquiries
  • Providing first-level sales support
  • Coordinate the collection and collation of monthly statistics and reports on business performance. These reports would be submitted to the Head of Sales & Customer Success
  • Complete ELT reporting alongside CCO
  • Ownership of:

○ Sales Database ○ Additional Portfolio requests ○ Sales administration communication channels ○ Distributing sales discounts, codes and extended trials to sales team members
