Own forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, financial modeling, KPI reporting, and Board materials. Automate FP&A processes using AI, SQL, Databricks, and Sigma, while developing scenario analyses for product, pricing, capital structure, and financing decisions. Partner with Treasury, Capital Markets, Product, Accounting, Marketing, and executives on strategic financial initiatives, debt and equity decisions, liquidity, covenants, and enterprise value. Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for leadership and the Board.

Own data science for payment performance, optimization, timing, retry strategies, monitoring, experimentation, and fraud detection. Build payment-health scorecards, anomaly monitoring, payment-risk models, and production ML systems using Python, SQL, PySpark, Databricks, and MLOps tooling. Partner with Engineering, Product, and Risk to shape payment strategy and roadmap while applying causal inference, feature engineering, and production model monitoring.

Leads the consumer finance compliance program, including regulatory strategy, risk assessments, monitoring, testing, complaints and issues management, vendor oversight, marketing review, training, and regulatory change management. Advises leadership on federal and state consumer protection requirements, engages with regulators and bank partners, and builds and manages a compliance team while identifying opportunities to automate compliance workflows.

Lead the Cash Access Technology team owning short-term loan and cash advance products. Define roadmap, drive KPIs (approval, repayment, conversion, retention, CSAT), expand products to new states, partner with compliance, operations, risk, data science and engineering, manage audits with banking partners, and improve product development processes to deliver customer-focused, compliant lending experiences.

Lead the shared frontend platform and customer-level infrastructure for a multi-product fintech. Define composable app foundations, shared services (identity, auth, analytics, engagement), offer management and customer value optimization. Partner with engineering, design, and analytics to enable fast, safe product delivery and build an AI-first developer platform that scales across product teams.

Lead product marketing for a multi-product consumer fintech platform: build competitive intelligence, define pricing/tiering, own positioning and GTM, drive adoption and retention using qualitative and quantitative insights, and partner cross-functionally with Product, Research, and leadership to influence strategy and launches.

Lead end-to-end lifecycle marketing for new-user growth across email, push, in-app, and SMS. Develop strategy, segmentation, testing frameworks, and campaign roadmaps; partner with Data Science, Product, and Creative to personalize and scale programs using automation and AI. Execute experiments, optimize performance, and present results to senior leadership.
