Lead the Cash Access Technology team owning short-term loan and cash advance products. Define roadmap, drive KPIs (approval, repayment, conversion, retention, CSAT), expand products to new states, partner with compliance, operations, risk, data science and engineering, manage audits with banking partners, and improve product development processes to deliver customer-focused, compliant lending experiences.

Design, build, and maintain high-performance backend microservices using Java, Spring, gRPC, and protobuf. Lead technical projects, mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, integrate AI technologies, own production incidents, and ship scalable consumer-facing features on AWS.

Lead the shared frontend platform and customer-level infrastructure for a multi-product fintech. Define composable app foundations, shared services (identity, auth, analytics, engagement), offer management and customer value optimization. Partner with engineering, design, and analytics to enable fast, safe product delivery and build an AI-first developer platform that scales across product teams.
