Lead and improve forecasting, budgeting, and variance-analysis processes; automate recurring finance workflows using AI, SQL, and data platforms; produce Board and executive reporting; build multi-scenario three-statement financial models; partner on financing and liquidity decisions; run scenario/sensitivity analyses; and lead cross-functional financial analysis for new products while maintaining finance playbooks.

Lead and grow a 7-engineer team owning the React Native/Expo app platform. Drive architecture, write and review code, enable multi-product mobile experiences, mentor engineers, and introduce AI-first engineering practices to balance platform quality and product velocity.
