Own product vision and market narrative for Pentera's automated security validation platform. Lead cross-functional teams (GTM, Customer Success, Analysts, Partners), align the organization on product direction, work closely with engineering and research, and drive AI-powered, hybrid SaaS/on-prem product strategy for enterprise cybersecurity customers.

Drive execution and delivery of AI-enabled cybersecurity product capabilities. Collaborate with R&D and field teams, mentor PMs, validate roadmap with enterprise customers, and own shipped outcomes across on-prem and hybrid environments.

Conduct hands-on research into attacker techniques across OS, identity, cloud, and enterprise environments. Design and implement production-grade, adaptive attack emulations, architect decision-making logic, develop security-focused code, integrate findings into the platform, and mentor team members.

Serve as a technical liaison between sales and customers, demonstrating Pentera's automated security validation, conducting demos, leading technical engagements, analyzing customer requirements, supporting on-site evaluations and post-sale adoption, collaborating with partners, and representing the company at events.

Drive new business and expand Pentera’s presence in assigned UK region through quota-carrying field sales. Lead demos and complex pilots, manage pipeline and forecasting, develop account penetration plans, work with channel partners, and close multi-stage deals.

Lead Pentera's global Technical Support organization (~20 engineers), owning support operations, KPIs, and escalations. Modernize support with AI, automation, and self-service; drive cross-functional alignment with Product, R&D, Customer Success, and Sales to improve resolution, CSAT, and scalable processes.

Lead a bookkeeping team and manage end-to-end bookkeeping including AP/AR, reconciliations, month-end closes, general ledger maintenance, KPI monitoring, and process improvements while collaborating with external accountants and tax advisors.
