Teams at Pentera

Manage and grow an enterprise customer portfolio across MEA, act as primary contact, drive value realization and renewals, identify expansion opportunities, coordinate with Sales, track account metrics, and perform onsite business reviews (30-40% travel).

Lead Pentera's global Technical Support organization (~20 engineers), owning support operations, KPIs, and escalations. Modernize support with AI, automation, and self-service; drive cross-functional alignment with Product, R&D, Customer Success, and Sales to improve resolution, CSAT, and scalable processes.

Build and prototype AI-driven cybersecurity product features, develop AI/data infrastructure and pipelines, analyze product and security data, define KPIs and alerts, and provide insights to Product, R&D, and GTM teams.
