Leads enterprise sales growth across the DACH region, managing Account Executives, forecasting pipeline, expanding existing accounts, acquiring enterprise customers, developing vertical campaigns, and strengthening channel partnerships. The role requires strategic leadership of complex cybersecurity sales cycles, consistent quota achievement, regional revenue growth, and collaboration with EMEA Sales leadership and product teams. Travel of up to 50% is required, and the candidate must be based in Germany.

Own Pentera’s internal AI transformation strategy and build production AI agents, context layers, retrieval systems, action tools, and evaluation and safety infrastructure. Set architecture, model, vendor, ROI, security, and quality standards while partnering with business teams to scale successful workflows. Mentor AI Champions, advise leadership, and establish reusable internal AI platform patterns.

Own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, negotiation, and close. Build and self-source pipeline, sell cybersecurity solutions to CISOs and security leaders, maintain accurate forecasts, and achieve quota on enterprise deals. Use Salesforce, Gong, Outreach or Apollo, Sales Navigator, and AI tools to support an efficient sales motion while providing feedback to product, marketing, and sales enablement teams.
