Provides remote customer support for business banking and Treasury Management products through secure messaging, email, and phone. Researches and resolves customer inquiries, supports online banking and QuickBooks integrations, identifies referral opportunities, meets service metrics, communicates process improvements, and follows banking compliance and risk-management procedures.

Manage commercial loan origination and portfolio: identify leads, evaluate and structure loans, prepare credit submissions, review loan and closing documentation, monitor construction loans, handle renewals/modifications and collections, track covenants, ensure compliance, and escalate complex matters to senior lenders or managers.

Support commercial lending operations by assisting with loan structuring, credit analysis, documentation, appraisal ordering, portfolio reviews, covenants, collateral monitoring, delinquencies, and customer servicing. Coordinate with legal, relationship managers, and internal examiners, and ensure compliance with bank policies and reporting.

Lead end-to-end UX strategy for digital banking (web, mobile, omnichannel). Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems; run research and usability testing; align experiences across branch, contact center, and marketing; ensure accessibility, security, compliance; track KPIs and collaborate with product, analytics, IT, and vendors.

The Wealth Management Advisor administers trust accounts, develops client relationships, ensures compliance, and provides financial guidance, while maintaining high service standards.
