The Wealth Management Advisor administers trust accounts, develops client relationships, ensures compliance, and provides financial guidance, while maintaining high service standards.

Support First Line Risk & Controls governance by implementing policies into processes, maintaining governance documentation and inventories, coordinating reviews and version control, preparing reports, tracking actions, supporting committees and training, and identifying process improvements and automation opportunities while ensuring compliance with regulatory and bank requirements.

Originate and manage HELOCs, portfolio loans, and fixed-rate purchase/refinance loans. Drive business development, manage pipeline and borrower communications, collect and verify documentation for underwriting via AUS, prepare loan write-ups, ensure compliance with Freddie Mac and bank guidelines, explain loan disclosures, cross-sell bank products, and support closings. Maintain CRM records and deliver high customer service.
