Originate and manage HELOCs, portfolio loans, and fixed-rate purchase/refinance loans. Drive business development, manage pipeline and borrower communications, collect and verify documentation for underwriting via AUS, prepare loan write-ups, ensure compliance with Freddie Mac and bank guidelines, explain loan disclosures, cross-sell bank products, and support closings. Maintain CRM records and deliver high customer service.

Support implementation of bank policies and compliance programs by working with business lines to update processes, track initiative status, produce reporting, and drive consistent controls. Maintain awareness of compliance and risk expectations, influence staff adoption of procedures, and deliver high service levels while assisting the Business Risk and Control Program Manager.

Manage team performance, develop onboarding plans, drive sales strategies for treasury management products, and ensure compliance in client relations.
