Manage commercial loan origination and portfolio: identify leads, evaluate and structure loans, prepare credit submissions, review loan and closing documentation, monitor construction loans, handle renewals/modifications and collections, track covenants, ensure compliance, and escalate complex matters to senior lenders or managers.

Support commercial lending operations by assisting with loan structuring, credit analysis, documentation, appraisal ordering, portfolio reviews, covenants, collateral monitoring, delinquencies, and customer servicing. Coordinate with legal, relationship managers, and internal examiners, and ensure compliance with bank policies and reporting.

Develop and deepen indirect lending relationships with auto dealerships, coordinate cross‑line-of-business efforts, generate leads and meet call production goals, address dealer issues, and coach junior relationship managers while maintaining compliance and delivering high customer service.
