Designs, implements, and supports secure endpoint computing, cloud workplace, and VDI/DaaS environments. Responsibilities include Intune and policy administration, endpoint monitoring, automation, vulnerability remediation, device lifecycle management, operating system upgrades, technical documentation, and Tier 3 support. The role also contributes to digital workplace initiatives, Intune migrations, endpoint modernization, compliance, and cross-functional technology projects.

Provides executive and advisory board administrative support, including calendar and meeting coordination, agenda preparation, correspondence, travel arrangements, board portal support, Salesforce database maintenance, and customer or stakeholder communication. Maintains compliance and risk-management standards, handles requests professionally, and may coordinate other administrative assistants. The role is full-time, primarily office-based, and requires obtaining or maintaining notary status within 60 days.

Develops and maintains SailPoint IdentityNow access models, roles, entitlements, approval workflows, and certification campaigns. Reviews user access for separation-of-duties risks, supports IAM specialists, configures SailPoint, performs control self-testing, and provides QA for integrations. The role collaborates with business stakeholders, applies banking compliance and risk policies, and works on a hybrid schedule in Newark, Ohio.
