Own the company’s B2B marketing foundation from zero to one, including positioning, messaging, brand development, website content, go-to-market strategy, lead generation, inbound content, paid experiments, and sales enablement materials. Contribute to user experience improvements, engineering standards, code quality, testing, and design system usage across a fast-paced environment.

Owns the success and revenue growth of international B2B accounts through upselling, cross-selling, product adoption, renewals, and attrition management. Coordinates with technical, support, and legal teams, maintains account and opportunity data in Salesforce, strengthens client relationships, and improves account management processes. The role includes strategic account management and periodic business travel.

Owns product strategy across AI-native ventures and enterprise scraping API products. Responsibilities include defining vision and roadmaps, validating customer needs, partnering with engineering, improving developer experience and scalability, and using product telemetry, pricing, and revenue data to guide decisions. Own and evolve production infrastructure across hundreds of servers and approximately 50 services. Lead migration from Docker Swarm to Kubernetes, maintain high availability, improve observability, establish Infrastructure as Code and reliable CI/CD practices, participate in on-call support, lead incident response and post-mortems, and build platform tooling that improves developer experience.
