Own monthly and quarterly financial reporting, annual budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI interpretation, financial modeling, and ad hoc decision-support analysis. The role partners with business unit leaders and senior management, safeguards data integrity, and translates incomplete or complex financial data into actionable insights. Candidates need at least one year of relevant finance experience, a finance-related degree, strong communication and modeling skills, and fluency in English and Lithuanian.

Drafts, reviews, and negotiates commercial and partnership agreements; analyzes compliance with international laws and regulations; advises on product features and legal risks; collaborates with external counsel; monitors technology, big data, privacy, and regulatory developments; and promotes legal awareness across the company.

Own the self-service customer journey from website visit through purchase. Define user flows, roadmap, epics, and user stories; conduct user research; analyze funnel and behavior data; run A/B tests; and collaborate with UX and engineering teams to improve conversion, feature adoption, and engagement.
