Own the enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and contract close. Drive revenue goals, manage Fortune 500 accounts, attend industry events, and develop outbound sales processes. Build and guide a BDR team, prioritize target accounts, collaborate with Product and Engineering on product strategy, and sell technical solutions to engineering, retail, e-commerce, and cybersecurity organizations.

Develop metrics, reports, dashboards, and data pipelines; analyze user behavior, marketing funnels, fraud indicators, and business performance. Build automated processes to flag suspicious users, reduce manual work, enrich marketing data, test hypotheses, and identify improvement opportunities through ad hoc analysis.

Design, develop, test, document, and deploy scalable Golang backend systems and microservices. Own the full development lifecycle, review technical designs and code, optimize services for performance and stability, and contribute to technical decisions. Work with high-load infrastructure, real-time data processing, event streaming, SQL and NoSQL databases, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, Docker, and GitLab CI.
