Install, repair, troubleshoot, align, and maintain heavy industrial machinery and equipment using hand and power tools, cranes, forklifts, welding, and precision alignment. Read blueprints and use maintenance management systems to track bearing, track, and backup roll maintenance.

Lead and facilitate quality initiatives for steelmaking processes: provide engineering support to operations, perform process capability and stability studies, apply statistical and MSA tools, develop Control Plans and FMEAs, lead root-cause analysis, coordinate customer issue resolution, support PPAP/APQP for new product launches, and maintain quality system and audit readiness.
