Process, audit, and reconcile US and Canadian payrolls (salaried and union), maintain compliance, audit time-tracking (UKG), support Workday/tax reporting, produce payroll and financial reports, and recommend process improvements.

Serve as UKG subject-matter expert to configure, maintain, and optimize UKG Pro/Dimensions time and attendance systems. Build integrations, design reports, support end users, run audits/upgrades, liaise with vendors, and implement scalable solutions aligned with union contracts and business needs.

Support finance and operations by managing monthly close activities (journal entries, reconciliations) per IFRS, prepare forecasts and annual operating plans using Hyperion EPBCS, build and maintain financial models, analyze variances versus forecasts/plans, and provide actionable financial recommendations to operations leadership.
