Develops and improves asset management, risk management, operating, and maintenance plans for steelmaking equipment. Uses Oracle eAM master data, root cause failure analysis, condition-based monitoring, and predictive maintenance to improve reliability, reduce costs, and resolve recurring failures. Supports capital projects, production capacity planning, equipment maintainability, and cross-functional collaboration with maintenance, operations, quality, and project teams.

Lead design, deployment, and maintenance of Orion Steels enterprise Cisco network. Manage and mentor network engineers, install and troubleshoot routers/switches/firewalls, implement network security (Cisco Umbrella, ISE, IDS), collaborate with teams and vendors, produce documentation, and ensure network performance, availability, integrity, and security.

Leads electrical engineering and capital improvement projects for industrial manufacturing facilities. Responsibilities include electrical system and equipment design, technical specifications, drawings, power distribution, equipment testing, troubleshooting, installation oversight, inspections, compliance with codes and safety standards, facility evaluations, and technical reporting. The role also coordinates multidisciplinary teams, manages project delivery, supervises manufacturing and installation activities, and mentors technicians and facility personnel.
