Provides hands-on HR business partnering for manufacturing mill locations, advising leaders on employee relations, labor relations, policy application, performance management, conflict resolution, talent pipelines, culture change, training programs, and transactional HR services. Requires strong collaboration, confidentiality, judgment, and experience supporting unionized heavy industrial or manufacturing environments.

Provides hands-on HR business partnership to mill superintendents, supervisors, and frontline leaders in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. Advises management on employee relations, policies, talent pipelines, culture change, training and development, and transactional HR services. Builds collaborative relationships, supports business-aligned HR priorities, maintains confidentiality, and ensures fair, professional application of policies and procedures.

Leads mechanical reliability engineering for industrial steel manufacturing assets. Monitors equipment health and process conditions, eliminates recurring failures, develops predictive and preventive maintenance strategies, and advances condition-monitoring programs. Applies RCM, FMEA, RCFA, reliability modeling, SPC, and data analysis to improve asset availability and reduce downtime. Partners with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering on process stability, capital projects, lifecycle asset management, risk mitigation, and equipment design.
