The Marketing Manager will execute B2B account-based marketing strategies, develop sales and website content, organize lead-generation events and campaigns, manage marketing calendars, improve CRM prospect data usage, support global messaging, present solutions, and monitor market trends and competitors. The role partners closely with sales and marketing teams to increase awareness, generate demand, and acquire new clients.

Lead learning and development initiatives by assessing employee and organizational needs, implementing training strategies, organizing courses and workshops, monitoring development outcomes, supporting career pathing, managing budgets and vendor contracts, coordinating hiring and training activities, and supervising L&D specialists.

Analyzes, cleans, validates, and interprets datasets to support business decisions. Develops data processes, dashboards, reports, visualizations, KPIs, surveys, and benchmarking analyses while monitoring data quality and identifying automation and efficiency improvements. Presents findings to management using reporting tools.

The Recruiter identifies, screens, and presents candidates for technology positions; collaborates with hiring managers; develops job descriptions and recruitment strategies; posts advertisements; evaluates qualifications; coordinates candidate communication; verifies credentials; supports salary negotiations; and represents the company at job fairs and industry events.

Coordinates quoting requests from intake through completion, prioritizing work, assigning tasks, tracking progress, managing escalations, and communicating status to sales and stakeholders. Ensures quote accuracy, quality checks, reporting, KPI and SLA performance, workflow updates, and timely delivery. Collaborates with sales, partners, quoters, address validation teams, and other operational centers while triaging IT issues and maintaining knowledge of products, processes, and quoting tools.
