Maintains, configures, monitors, and troubleshoots LAN/WAN networks, routers, VPNs, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and other infrastructure. Implements security controls and disaster recovery procedures, resolves networking issues, supports network design and deployment, and communicates technical information across departments. The role also requires managing multiple projects and maintaining knowledge of networking and security best practices.

Generates and qualifies B2B sales leads through marketing campaigns, cold calls, and email outreach. Presents client solutions, identifies prospect needs, customizes product recommendations, schedules meetings with Account Executives, and supports quota attainment. The role requires CRM and prospecting-tool experience, sales metrics knowledge, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to deliver engaging presentations.

Creates accurate customer quotes across multiple quoting systems, ensuring all requested services and addresses are covered. Coordinates with sales, pricing, legal, product, validation, and operations teams; tracks progress against KPIs, SLAs, and RFP milestones; escalates risks and roadblocks; provides status updates; supports customer information gathering; and maintains strong quality, organization, communication, and prioritization standards.
