Responsibilities include forecasting sales, analyzing markets and competitors, identifying opportunities, acquiring and managing customers, preparing technical and commercial offers, negotiating contracts, promoting products, coordinating delivery, and supporting after-sales services. The role also provides technical and commercial consulting to partners and requires strong energy-market sales experience.

Leads the company’s financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, reporting, compliance, internal controls, and risk management. Provides financial analysis and recommendations to management, monitors performance and profitability, collaborates with auditors and external partners, and supports strategic business growth. The role also leads, develops, and mentors the finance team.

Partners with commercial leaders on organizational priorities, workforce planning, employee relations, and people decisions. Leads HR Operations and HR Business Partnering teams, delivers consistent HR services, supports organizational change, and implements regional talent, learning, reward, and recruitment processes. Ensures compliance with Serbian labor legislation while fostering trust, accountability, collaboration, and a positive employee experience.

Leads the DevOps practice and owns CI/CD strategy, deployment governance, infrastructure as code, observability, incident response, and release reliability. Manages and develops distributed DevOps teams, oversees tooling and capacity planning, and collaborates with engineering and client teams on infrastructure and deployment matters. The role also supports hiring, client onboarding, pre-sales, and operational resilience improvements across multiple projects.
