We are looking for an HR Manager who believes that the best people decisions are made when you truly understand the business, the teams, and the individuals behind them.

Partnering with commercial leaders in Serbia and selected Adriatic cluster functions, you will play an important role in helping the organization grow, evolve and succeed through its people. This is a role for someone who enjoys being close to the business, building strong relationships, and turning people challenges into practical solutions.

What you'll be doing

• Partner with business leaders on organizational priorities, team effectiveness and people-related decisions.
  
• Support and coach managers through employee relations topics, organizational changes and day-to-day people challenges.
  
• Lead the delivery of HR support and services across the teams within your scope, ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience.
  
• Drive workforce planning and organizational initiatives in line with business needs.
  
• Provide insights and recommendations that help leaders make sound people decisions.
  
• Lead and develop a team of HR professionals covering HR Operations and HR Business Partnering.
  
• Work closely with regional and global Centers of Excellence, supporting the implementation of talent, learning, reward and recruitment processes locally.
  
• Ensure compliance with local labor legislation, internal policies and HR standards.
  
• Foster a culture of trust, accountability and collaboration across the organization.
  

What we're looking for

• An experienced HR professional with a strong foundation in HR Business Partnering and Employee Relations.
  
• At least 4 years of experience in the same or similar HR Manager, HR Business Partner or People Partner roles.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Sciences or a related field.
  
• Someone who enjoys working closely with leaders and influencing decisions through expertise, credibility and trust.
  
• A solid understanding of HR operations and core HR processes, enabling effective collaboration across HR Business Partnering and operational activities.
  
• A pragmatic problem-solver who can balance business needs with a people-focused approach.
  
• A leader who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities and making thoughtful decisions.
  
• Someone who builds relationships naturally and is genuinely interested in understanding people, teams and what helps them succeed.
  
• Experience leading HR teams and working across different stakeholder groups.
  
• Strong knowledge of Serbian labor legislation and HR operational practices.
  

•  Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at a minimum B2 level.
