FINANCE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

Define and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with business objectives and growth plans.

Provide financial support to management through analysis, reporting, and recommendations to support decision-making.

Participate in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.

Ensure effective management of cash flow, liquidity, and the organization's financial resources.

Monitor key financial indicators and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Oversee financial reporting processes and ensure the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of financial information.

Ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies and procedures.

Collaborate with external partners, auditors, financial institutions, and relevant regulatory bodies.

Implement and continuously improve financial processes, internal controls, and risk management systems.

Work closely with leaders across different business functions to support business growth and the achievement of strategic goals.

Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team while fostering a professional, high-performance work environment.

Requirements

University degree (Bachelor's degree or equivalent), preferably in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in finance.

At least 5 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, financial planning, and financial analysis.

Knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS standards.

Advanced proficiency in English.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.

Skills Required
