Conduct account research, cold call senior decision-makers, understand business problems, develop relevant sales conversations, follow up consistently, and advance prospects toward deals. The role offers hands-on B2B SaaS sales training, early ownership, target-based work, and potential progression into Account Executive and enterprise sales roles.

Own the early sales process by researching prospects, conducting cold outreach, engaging senior decision-makers, identifying business needs, communicating solutions, following up, and collecting information to advance deals. The role emphasizes storytelling, analytical thinking, initiative, continuous learning, and achieving ambitious sales targets, with potential progression to Account Executive and enterprise sales.

Supports accounting and finance operations, including reconciliations, bookkeeping in Zoho Books, statutory compliance, receivables follow-up, revenue and expense tracking, MIS preparation, and financial reporting. Maintains accurate records, resolves discrepancies, monitors settlements, and improves reporting processes while coordinating with internal teams and clients.

Handles complex customer tickets and escalations across marketplace services, including travel, gifting, recharge, payments, refunds, and bookings. Improves CX processes, SOPs, escalation workflows, automation, and self-service capabilities; analyzes recurring issues and partners with Product, Technology, Operations, external partners, and outsourced support teams. Supports international launches, trains BPO teams, monitors quality, and tracks SLA, resolution, escalation, repeat-contact, and satisfaction metrics.

Craft Nuclei’s brand story across products, people, and culture. Partner with the CEO and VP of Product to define brand narrative and strategy, communicate company culture externally and internally, understand BFSI and telecom audiences, and execute branding initiatives independently. This is a remote individual contributor role open to full-time, part-time, or short-term consulting arrangements.

Manage and grow strategic bank accounts across KSA, overseeing onboarding, adoption, renewals, client satisfaction, upselling, and cross-selling. Build relationships with senior banking stakeholders, tailor SaaS and marketplace proposals, coordinate product and technology integrations, monitor account health, and provide customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.

Own travel product initiatives across flights, hotels, and experiences from discovery through launch and optimization. Define requirements, prioritize work, coordinate engineering, design, business teams, and partners, and analyze user behavior and business metrics. Drive experiments and product-led growth initiatives to improve acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, and satisfaction. Continuously refine the product using customer feedback, analytics, and performance insights.

Conduct prospect research, cold outreach, and follow-up with founders, CFOs, CTOs, and other decision-makers. Identify business needs, communicate solution value, qualify opportunities, collect required information, and support pipeline progression. Collaborate with the sales team while developing skills in B2B SaaS prospecting, sales conversations, and opportunity management, with a growth path toward Account Executive and enterprise sales roles.

Own AWS operations across multiple customer accounts, providing cloud support, incident response, infrastructure management, cost optimization, security hardening, and reliability improvements. Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code, manage AWS Partner Central workflows, monitor production systems, conduct root-cause analyses, and participate in on-call support. The role also requires Azure, scripting, Linux administration, networking, and strong customer-facing communication.
