Build the company’s SaaS marketplace success function from scratch as its first retention team member. Develop customer success processes, identify and solve customer problems, drive retention, build strong customer relationships, learn AWS and related technical concepts, and communicate fluently in English and Hindi. The role requires high ownership, initiative, diligence, and a willingness to work in an ambiguous zero-to-one environment.

Handles complex customer tickets and escalations across marketplace services, including travel, gifting, recharge, payments, refunds, and bookings. Improves CX processes, SOPs, escalation workflows, automation, and self-service capabilities; analyzes recurring issues and partners with Product, Technology, Operations, external partners, and outsourced support teams. Supports international launches, trains BPO teams, monitors quality, and tracks SLA, resolution, escalation, repeat-contact, and satisfaction metrics.

Research CFO and CTO prospects using LinkedIn, company websites, and news; conduct cold calls; present the SaaS value proposition through storytelling; follow up to obtain consumption reports and advance prospects toward closure. The internship may convert to full-time employment, with potential progression into account executive or other commercial roles.
