Lead growth strategy for Nourish’s primary patient acquisition channel. Set goals and metrics, define the strategic roadmap, translate priorities into executable initiatives, and build scalable operating processes, tools, and accountability systems. Partner with executive, sales, enablement, analytics, product, and engineering teams to remove growth barriers. Depending on scope, build and manage the Growth Strategy team in a fast-moving startup environment.
