Support the full employee lifecycle across a distributed workforce, including employee questions, onboarding and offboarding, leave administration, HRIS updates, compliance reporting, and recurring workflow ownership. Handle sensitive information confidentially, resolve People Operations requests, and partner with Talent, Finance, and Clinical teams. Over time, the role may expand into policy creation, performance review cycles, company events, and immigration support.

Own full-cycle recruiting for Nourish’s corporate, non-technical, non-sales teams. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, pipeline and candidate management, partnering with business leaders, delivering a strong candidate experience, meeting headcount goals, and improving employer branding and hiring processes. The role requires startup recruiting experience, a data- and process-oriented approach, and NYC-based hybrid availability with at least two office days per week.

Own product analytics and data science for a business-critical product area. Develop production-ready churn, resurrection, and targeting models; define metrics; analyze experiments; apply causal inference; and deliver actionable recommendations with quantified business opportunities. Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Growth teams while contributing to experimentation methodology, standards, and tooling.
