Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, agendas, decision materials, OKR reporting, leadership cadences, vendor spend, procurement, renewals, and budgets. Lead and scale Nourish’s revenue cycle management team, overseeing daily operations, team performance, hiring, training, workflow optimization, collections, patient experience, cross-functional coordination, vendor relationships, new product and contract activations, operational projects, and performance metrics. The role manages RCM Associates and partners with Engineering, Credentialing, Customer Experience, and Clinical Operations in a remote or NYC-based environment.

Lead strategic and operational initiatives across Nourish, from problem framing through execution and measurement. Responsibilities include designing operating models, improving systems, analyzing business metrics, identifying growth opportunities, developing recommendations, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver organizational priorities. Nourish seeks a Senior Backend Engineer to design, build, and maintain backend services, collaborate with teams, and enhance engineering processes. Responsibilities include product development, codebase management, and driving improvements for scalability.

Lead the clinical expansion from dietitian-led care to a full virtual metabolic health clinic. Design end-to-end provider care models, build clinical protocols/SOPs/oversight, integrate multi-provider workflows, and measure/improve clinical outcomes.
