Advise learners and families on federal, state, and military funding; verify ISIR documents, clear verification/C-codes/UEH, update SIS and cohort lists, prepare Title IV disbursements, and use COD/NSLDS/CPS to ensure compliance while providing high-quality customer service.

Manage full-cycle recruiting: partner with hiring managers, develop job ads, source candidates via Indeed/LinkedIn, screen and schedule interviews, extend offers through the ATS, initiate background/drug checks, provide requisition reports, and support talent acquisition projects.

Support nursing programs by coordinating faculty credentialing and licensure tracking, auditing faculty activity and learner engagement, recording and verifying attendance and grades across LMS and SIS, reviewing proctoring flags, and communicating grade changes and compliance issues to academic leadership to meet accreditation standards.

Provide technical leadership and enterprise architecture for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune. Define governance, ITSM/ITIL practices, develop advanced automations (PowerShell/Bash), lead complex projects, mentor admins, and serve as escalation for security, reliability, and cross-team incidents.
