Support the talent acquisition team by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, managing a small requisition load (0–5), extending offers via the ATS, and initiating background/drug screens. Communicate professionally with hiring managers and candidates and use sourcing tools like Indeed and LinkedIn while performing other TA projects.

Design, build, and operate multi-cloud platform infrastructure, CI/CD, Kubernetes clusters, networking (including Cato/SASE), and internal developer tooling in Go/Python. Drive enterprise architecture, reliability targets, RBAC/secrets governance, integrate AI tooling, consolidate systems, and partner with product teams to increase developer velocity and reduce toil.

Designs, develops, and implements instructor-led, e-learning, and blended learning products. Collaborates with SMEs and faculty to align curriculum to regulations and best practices, builds course materials and assessments in the LMS using authoring tools, and supports professional development and course updates.
