Partners with functional leaders to operationalize institutional strategy, build strategic planning capability, manage innovation and R&D pipelines, design and evaluate pilots, track portfolio health, and support governance processes. The role translates enterprise frameworks into actionable plans, facilitates senior stakeholder sessions, identifies cross-functional dependencies, and documents strategic decisions and pilot learnings.

Owns end-to-end solution delivery, including stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, architecture design, AI-native development, iteration, and production deployment. The role independently delivers moderately complex solutions, identifies system and workflow improvements, and contributes to team standards. Candidates need 2–4 years of experience in solutions, technical, product, or systems roles and a proven record of delivering AI-built solutions.

Engages users and stakeholders to gather requirements, define success criteria, design practical solution architectures, and build working software using AI-native tools. Owns solutions from initial discovery through production deployment, iterates based on user feedback, and identifies opportunities to improve systems and workflows with AI. Works on clearly scoped problems under close guidance while learning organizational design and delivery standards.
