Lead strategy, operations, and supervision for learner academic support labs (Writing Center, Math Lab). Set vision, manage staff and resources, implement quality assurance, track performance metrics, collaborate cross-functionally, and present outcomes to senior leadership. Teaching duties only in rare, temporary situations.

Support college curriculum team by administering HESI exams and proctoring, reviewing Honorlock violations, handling learner inquiries, categorizing course issues, collecting data for leadership, testing and providing feedback on SOPs, and assisting with projects and accommodations coordination.

Evaluate nursing learners' experiential performance against course outcomes using modern evaluation methods; enforce syllabi and grading rubrics; participate in faculty meetings, committees, shared decision-making, and functional projects; ensure Nursing Education Services meets KPIs and program outcomes; contribute to professional development and subject-matter expertise.
