Manage customer billing, invoice generation, transaction reviews, revenue accounting support, reconciliations, reporting, and process improvements. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and SOX controls while maintaining billing data, resolving discrepancies, uploading documentation, and supporting accounting operations. Collaborate with Revenue Analysts, Accounting, and Operations teams to deliver accurate and timely financial processing.

Build, maintain, and enhance detailed cost models for Managed Services and ATMaaS, provide cost inputs for deal pricing, analyze performance to identify cost-optimization opportunities, partner with cross-functional teams, and support standardization of global costing frameworks and data quality.

Manage and process accounts payable transactions, ensure accuracy and SOX compliance, support P2P managers, prepare weekly reports, analyze and build performance reporting, assist month-end close, maintain vendor communications, drive process improvements, and track incidents.

Support global FP&A by driving monthly reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and revenue recognition. Perform contract and KPI deep dives, partner with Sales/Billing/Leadership, own financial performance reviews, execute close activities and journal entries, and lead process improvements and ad hoc analyses.

Supervise ATM Claims Analysts to manage end-to-end armored carrier variance claims. Oversee claim preparation, approval, QA, reporting, root-cause analysis, and vendor escalation while driving process improvements and maintaining SLAs.

Support regional financial planning and analysis for recurring services revenue: manage reporting, forecast ACV, analyze trends and variances, review GL and billing, collaborate with controllership, sales ops, and customer success to improve forecast accuracy and revenue processes.
