Support global FP&A by driving monthly reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and revenue recognition. Perform contract and KPI deep dives, partner with Sales/Billing/Leadership, own financial performance reviews, execute close activities and journal entries, and lead process improvements and ad hoc analyses.

Manage customer billing, invoice generation, transaction reviews, revenue accounting support, reconciliations, reporting, and process improvements. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and SOX controls while maintaining billing data, resolving discrepancies, uploading documentation, and supporting accounting operations. Collaborate with Revenue Analysts, Accounting, and Operations teams to deliver accurate and timely financial processing.

Provides technical software support for payment-processing products. Investigates, reproduces, and debugs customer issues; analyzes logs and configurations; tests fixes; performs root cause analysis; collaborates with Engineering, Sales, and Professional Services; maintains incident records; communicates proactively with customers; meets SLAs; and participates in 24/7 support rotation.

Performs financial reconciliations, journal entries, cash posting, financial reporting, planning and forecasting. Maintains ledger data integrity, SOX controls, account reconciliation standards, and tax-accounting compliance. Supports intercompany settlements, central bank regulations, FX trades, and complex customer requests while collaborating with AP, AR, and Tax teams. Contributes to global process improvements and independently handles increasingly complex accounting responsibilities.

Manage and process accounts payable transactions, ensure accuracy and SOX compliance, support P2P managers, prepare weekly reports, analyze and build performance reporting, assist month-end close, maintain vendor communications, drive process improvements, and track incidents.

Support regional financial planning and analysis for recurring services revenue: manage reporting, forecast ACV, analyze trends and variances, review GL and billing, collaborate with controllership, sales ops, and customer success to improve forecast accuracy and revenue processes.
