Serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries across channels; document and track cases in HR systems; assist with I-9 reverification, state separation notices, severance and RIF processing, wage requests, HR purchasing, and process improvements.

Investigate and resolve ATM settlement claims by analyzing receipts, CIT documentation, and processor data to determine liability, financial impact, and root cause. Communicate with customers, armored vendors, and internal teams; track claim progress and payments, prepare reports and trend analyses, and identify cost-control and process-improvement opportunities while maintaining accuracy and ownership.

Serve as primary liaison for assigned retail clients, manage expectations per contracts and SLAs, perform portfolio reviews, identify and resolve performance issues, lead get-well and continuous improvement plans, deliver KPI presentations, gather customer feedback, and partner with sales and product teams to improve satisfaction and retention.

Supervise ATM Claims Analysts to manage end-to-end armored carrier variance claims. Oversee claim preparation, approval, QA, reporting, root-cause analysis, and vendor escalation while driving process improvements and maintaining SLAs.

Support FP&A activities for US/Mexico (and Canada) business units: analyze KPIs, revenue, costs, expenses, and investments; develop financial and business analysis; track and report historical and forecasted trends; recommend efficiency and profitability actions.

Build, maintain, and enhance detailed cost models for Managed Services and ATMaaS, provide cost inputs for deal pricing, analyze performance to identify cost-optimization opportunities, partner with cross-functional teams, and support standardization of global costing frameworks and data quality.

Support global FP&A by driving monthly reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, and revenue recognition. Perform contract and KPI deep dives, partner with Sales/Billing/Leadership, own financial performance reviews, execute close activities and journal entries, and lead process improvements and ad hoc analyses.

Manage and process accounts payable transactions, ensure accuracy and SOX compliance, support P2P managers, prepare weekly reports, analyze and build performance reporting, assist month-end close, maintain vendor communications, drive process improvements, and track incidents.

Manage customer billing, disputes, and order-to-cash issues to ensure timely, accurate credit practices. Respond to customer and collector queries, identify root causes, coordinate with sales, collections, and outsourced teams, provide training and guidance, recommend process improvements, and ensure compliance and quality standards are met.
