We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive professional, with a passion for articulating persuasive proposals and narrative that drives business outcomes. Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Proposal Development: Create clear, persuasive, and compliant proposals and RFP responses within established deadlines.
- Content Management: Maintain and enhance a library of proposal templates, standard responses, and supporting documentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Operations, Clinical, Legal, and Pricing teams to ensure unified messaging and accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Review and edit proposal content for clarity, grammar, compliance, and alignment with client specifications.
- Research and Analysis: Analyze potential clients, competitors, and industry trends to strengthen proposals.
- Project Management: Manage multiple proposals simultaneously, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve proposal processes, tools, and templates to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree
Experience & Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in writing and/or communications (experience with proposals, RFPs, or technical documentation a plus).
- Experience in technology/software industry a must.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams).
- Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with excellent time management skills.
