Gathers client requirements, implements and customizes Microsoft Dynamics Navision and Business Central ERP solutions, develops ERP applications, integrates third-party systems, performs upgrades and migrations, manages finance and supply chain modules, updates JIRA tasks, and communicates with clients.

Develop reusable, scalable, and testable Python applications using Django or Flask. Analyze requirements, build REST APIs, integrate external services and multiple databases, connect frontend elements with server-side logic, and implement authentication, authorization, security, and data protection. Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL databases, and familiarity with JavaScript or Angular are relevant.

Lead end-to-end technical project delivery, managing cross-functional development, QA, DevOps, and design teams. Define scope and deliverables with stakeholders, coordinate Agile planning and ceremonies, manage risks, budgets, timelines, and resources, and report progress to leadership and clients. Manage Git-based CI/CD deployments across environments, enforce row- and object-level security, and automate data quality validation using Python, SemPy, PySpark, and Spark SQL. Build scalable data transformations and automate alerts for data anomalies.

Write and edit SEO-optimized, conversion-focused content across blogs, websites, ads, social media, email, whitepapers, and outreach campaigns. Conduct market and competitor research, adapt copy for different audiences and platforms, and maintain brand voice. Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, marketers, product teams, strategists, analytics teams, and stakeholders while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Analyze requirements and develop reusable, scalable, testable Angular front-end applications. Build high-performance user interfaces, write unit tests, create CI configuration and scripts, and collaborate with backend developers on RESTful APIs. Ensure cross-browser compatibility using HTML and CSS while integrating APIs and data through JavaScript, AJAX, and MVC frameworks.

Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds. Build Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components; implement REST and SOAP integrations; and create reusable frameworks. Configure flows, workflows, validation rules, layouts, and permissions while optimizing security, performance, and scalability. Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, mentor developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and support CI/CD and Agile delivery.

Leads global new business development for IT services and digital solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline development, consultative solution selling, managing the full sales cycle, engaging CXO-level stakeholders, preparing proposals, expanding into new markets, and coordinating with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project transitions and long-term client satisfaction.

Leads release and change management across development and operations teams, drives CI/CD adoption, and designs and maintains Jenkins, Git, Maven, and AWS automation pipelines.
