Designs, builds, maintains, and optimizes business dashboards and reports using Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or Tableau. Defines KPIs, develops semantic layers and star-schema data models, validates data accuracy, collaborates with stakeholders, and implements performance improvements, usability enhancements, row-level security, and access controls.

Manage Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central projects across finance and supply chain functions. Gather and document business requirements, define functional specifications, oversee configurations, customizations, and integrations, and coordinate developers and business stakeholders. Conduct functional testing, UAT, post-go-live support, and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials while managing multiple projects.

Gather client requirements, implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Business Central ERP applications, develop integrations, perform upgrades and migrations, manage Jira task updates, and communicate with clients. The role supports Finance and Supply Chain modules across NAV and Microsoft 365 environments.
