a) Optimize dashboard load times and query performance for large

datasets

b) Design reports with a focus on usability, clarity, and end-user

experience

c) Implement row-level security and access controls where required

Requirements

Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modelling
Experience building semantic layers — facts, dimensions, and calculated measures
Solid understanding of Star Schema and data warehousing concepts
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
Experience with SQL for data querying and validation
