Requirements
Define solution architecture and functional specifications aligned to business goals.
Manage customizations, configurations, and third-party integrations as per business needs.
Conduct functional testing, UAT, and post-go-live support activities.
Prepare and maintain project documentation including process flows, SOPs, and training materials.
Act as a key point of contact between technical teams and business users.
Work closely with developers to translate functional needs into technical requirements.
Skills Required
- Deep functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV, including NAV09 and NAV15 through NAV18
- Strong domain experience in Finance and Supply Chain Management using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Navision 365
- Understanding of third-party integrations
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
