Teams at Narmi

Serve as the technical bridge between financial institution prospects and Narmi’s digital banking platform. Lead consultative sales engagements, assess banking needs, deliver tailored product demonstrations, explain technical concepts and business value, and support deal closure. Collaborate with product, implementation, and customer success teams to develop solutions, track multiple concurrent deals, and differentiate Narmi against competitors and partners.

Supports project managers in delivering client implementations for Narmi’s digital banking platform. Responsibilities include validating configurations, integrations, and user flows; troubleshooting technical inquiries; coordinating with Engineering and Product; preparing project documentation and testing frameworks; advising financial institution staff; and escalating customer feedback. The role develops platform expertise while improving implementation processes and ensuring timely, accurate, fully operational deployments.

Lead design and delivery of account-opening features across consumer and business banking products. Improve application flows, build fraud safeguards, and develop full-stack solutions using React, JavaScript, Python, and Django. Collaborate with Product, Design, and engineering teams on technical direction while mentoring engineers, reviewing code, and improving testing and code quality.
