Own Narmi’s accounting function end to end, including month-end and quarter-end close, general ledger, financial reporting, GAAP compliance, ASC 606 revenue recognition, audits, tax, controls, billing, cash management, and reconciliations. Build scalable accounting processes, determine outsourcing strategy, improve tooling and documentation, and advise founders and the board on accounting decisions.

Build and maintain business digital banking products for small-business and commercial clients. Develop full-stack features across Django and Python backend systems, DRF APIs, React and TypeScript frontends, and React Native applications. Collaborate in an agile environment on new feature development and product iteration, communicating effectively while supporting Narmi’s financial technology platform.

Lead and grow a 3–5 person product design team, define design vision and strategy, establish scalable processes and design systems, mentor designers, recruit talent, and align design with Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders to deliver user-centered fintech/SaaS products.
