Partner with financial institutions to assess technical needs, deliver tailored product demos, respond to RFPs, and coordinate with product, implementation, and customer success to drive deals and revenue growth. Serve as the technical bridge between prospects and internal teams.

Manage and scale outbound BDR operations: build SOPs, outreach cadences, and target lists; coach and mentor BDRs; run engagement and incentive programs; and contribute directly to pipeline generation while partnering with sales leadership to optimize tools and processes.

The Product Director will lead product strategy for Narmi's Consumer Banking, oversee manager teams, engage with stakeholders, and ensure product quality and user satisfaction, while traveling to client locations 10% of the time.

Lead and scale the Technical GTM function: define technical sales motion and positioning, manage and coach Technical GTM Specialists, run high-stakes demos, drive deal strategy for complex fintech transactions, partner with Product and Engineering on roadmap and messaging, and provide frontline market feedback to shape product and releases.

Lead technical onboarding and launches for new customers, build integrations, internal tools, and automation to streamline implementations, diagnose and fix production issues, and collaborate cross-functionally while identifying AI and tooling opportunities to improve implementation scalability and reliability.

Design, develop, and maintain automated tests and CI/CD-integrated frameworks (Python/JavaScript). Own release testing, close automation gaps, increase test coverage across frontend, backend, web and mobile, and partner with development teams to champion testing best practices and improve overall product quality.

Own end-to-end product release operations: release notes, go/no-go calls, beta programs, feature enablement, UAT and deploy coordination, and operational health of the release cycle. Partner with PM, Eng, and GTM teams to drive AI automation initiatives, reporting, and tooling that accelerate product delivery.

Own AI features end-to-end from ideation to production for partner brands. Build evaluation, regression, and monitoring systems; embed with customers; codify playbooks and reliability infrastructure to safely ship GenAI/agentic systems at scale in a regulated environment.

Lead finance and accounting functions including strategic finance, FP&A, accounting/controllership, audit, tax, treasury, fundraising support, and investor relations. Partner with founders, board, and cross-functional leaders on planning, forecasting, pricing, M&A readiness, and scaling the finance team while maintaining strong controls and GAAP compliance.

The VP of Product at Narmi will lead product strategy, manage a high-performing team across product management, design, and operations, and ensure product aligns with company goals. Responsibilities include defining product vision, driving execution, and enhancing customer experience.
