Lead HR strategy and operations for a multi-site manufacturing employer (3 plants, 265+ employees). Advise executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, performance cycles, employee relations, compliance, benefits, payroll oversight, HRIS, and succession planning. Support culture, engagement, safety, and cross-functional HR initiatives; occasional off-shift or plant travel required.

Oversee and improve safety programs in a heavy industrial plant: ensure OSHA compliance, conduct audits and incident investigations, deliver training and emergency drills, manage permits and regulatory reporting, and lead continuous safety improvement across production and maintenance teams.
