Support day-to-day HR operations across three manufacturing sites, including full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, training, recordkeeping, safety initiatives, and engagement events.

Developmental HR internship in a manufacturing environment providing hands-on experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, HRIS/HCM (B2E), compliance, employee relations, safety administration, and HR administrative tasks with mentorship toward a full-time HR Generalist role.

Lead HR operations including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, performance management, discipline/terminations, benefits and compensation analysis, compliance with employment laws, and development of training and talent strategies.
