Develops new and existing customer relationships, identifies needs, recommends solutions, prospects for business, conducts visits and presentations, prepares proposals, manages opportunities through closing, and grows accounts while collaborating with internal teams.

Provides broad HR support with a primary focus on learning and development. Designs and evaluates training programs, leadership development, learning pathways, and LMS content while supporting talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, performance management, HR records, and process improvement. Partners with leaders and employees to deliver talent development solutions, facilitate learning, maintain compliance, and improve organizational effectiveness.

The Benefits Manager oversees wellness, insurance, dental, vision, life, disability, and retirement programs. Responsibilities include plan evaluation, vendor and broker management, open enrollment, claims escalation, invoice reconciliation, compliance reporting, employee guidance, and benefits data analysis. The role recommends plan improvements, manages regulatory requirements under ACA, ERISA, and COBRA, and partners with HR on wellness, retention, and total rewards initiatives.
