Serves as the primary analytics partner for management and business operations. Designs executive dashboards, standardizes performance metrics, investigates data discrepancies, and translates transactional, financial, and lending data into actionable insights. Collaborates with underwriting and collections teams, builds automated reporting workflows using Apps Script and JavaScript, and monitors Airflow pipelines. Presents findings to leadership and supports consistent definitions across departments.

The Risk Strategy Analyst will support data analysis to identify portfolio trends and risks, contribute to process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for data accuracy.

Provide internal IT support and asset lifecycle management including procurement, inventory, assignment, maintenance, and disposal. Serve as primary contact for support requests, troubleshoot hardware/software/connectivity, manage user accounts and documentation, maintain asset records, and support IT projects and audits.

Source, screen, and interview qualified sales candidates; maintain candidate communication and pipelines; submit screened candidates with feedback; meet agreed timelines and hiring targets for sales roles.

The role involves conducting customer visits for collateral assessment, evaluating property conditions, verifying collateral values, and performing KYC processes in loan evaluations.

Serve as the primary analytical reviewer and program manager for deal workstreams: validate due diligence data, manage transaction materials and dataroom, and reconcile and stress-test monthly management accounts across revenue, credit, and interest costs including covenant headroom. Work closely with finance, operations, and senior stakeholders.
