Responsibilities
- Act as the primary analytical filter on due diligence and information requests, pressure-testing responses and data from local finance and operations teams before anything goes to lenders or investors.
- Program manage and organise transaction outreach / update materials, dataroom, and covenant reporting.
- Reconcile and stress-test monthly management accounts across revenue, credit, and interest costs, as well as covenant headroom.
- 1–4 years of hands-on experience in Big 4, Corporate Finance, or FP&A in a growth-stage company.
- Strong accounting or numerical foundation and advanced Excel skills; Power BI or SQL is a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.5 from a top university.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience in managing bank requests would be a plus
- Strong attention to detail, ownership, and ability to work well across teams under deal timelines.
